Full Time Marine Systems Technician

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented full-time technician with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in marine systems. Competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install marine electrical (AC/DC) systems
- Install and service battery banks, charging systems, and inverters
- Troubleshoot pumps, bilge systems, freshwater and sanitation systems
- Install and service steering systems and helm components
- Perform equipment upgrades and refit projects
- Follow ABYC standards and best practices
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marine systems experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of 12V/24V DC systems and 120V AC systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Experience with marine plumbing and mechanical systems
- Own basic tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- ABYC certification is a plus
